The International Esports Promotion Institute (IESI) Gyeonggi Northern Uijeongbu Association (hereinafter the "Association") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

The Association collects the following personal information through the online inquiry form on the Directions page.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The Association destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. Personal information collected through the inquiry form is destroyed after the inquiry has been fully addressed, except where retention is required under relevant laws, in which case it is retained for the period prescribed by those laws.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Association does not provide users' personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply where the user has given prior consent, or where required by law, or where requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes.
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Association does not currently outsource personal information processing to any external party. Should outsourcing occur in the future, it will be disclosed in advance through this policy in accordance with relevant laws.

The above rights may be exercised by contacting the Personal Information Protection Officer below or through the inquiry form on the Directions page, and the Association will take action without delay within the period prescribed by relevant laws.

Article 8 (Effective Date)
